BECAUSE WE ARE A MADE-TO-ORDER SHOP ALL SALES ARE FINAL! We do NOT offer refunds, returns or exchanges.

If there is something wrong with your order, please send us an email at soulhausthreads@gmail.com with your order number and details regarding the problem with your order. Emails must be sent within 30 days of receiving your purchase. We will get back to you as soon as possible, typically within 1-3 business days. Be sure to review your order details and shipping information BEFORE completing your purchase. You will NOT be able to make changes to your order after it is placed. *Personalized Merchandise: Due to the personalized nature of our services, all sales are final. We encourage you to review you order and be certain that you have given correct instructions for your item; monogram (first, last, middle), garment size, font choice, font color. Once your order has been placed, we cannot guarantee any changes. In the event that the mistake is on our part, we will replace your item and incur any shipping charges
